Following an assessment, you will be given your marks and feedback in line with the assessment regulations and policy. MU3400 - Creative Coding for Sound and Music

Practical classes and workshops will proceed through the basics of programming and computational problem solving towards more specific music and sound-related applications. The main coding environment you will use is a widely used, versatile language which supports multiple programming paradigms, and is well-suited to both entry-level and advanced use. Independent study will be guided and will include further practical coding exercises with an orientation towards music-related applications. Tutorials will support preparation for set exercises and the development of project work. Key learning and teaching resources are available on Moodle. 
Self-directed learning hours are for independent study and account for the minimum amount of time you should spend studying independently. Self-directed learning includes carrying out research, practicing and reflecting on techniques learned in class, reading widely around the subject to develop a deeper understanding, carrying out tasks set on Moodle, and completing individual assignments and other homework.
