The content in this module will give you an understanding of how organisational psychology has developed as a discipline over time – from before the industrial revolution, to the modern world. Similarly, the concept of Human Resource Management will be explored and applied to a variety of real-world case studies and problems. Throughout this module you will receive exposure to areas such as:

Learning will be delivered through a range of asynchronous activities on Moodle, including pre-recorded lectures, guided readings, interactive quizzes, and reflective tasks. You will also complete online experiential workshops and structured discussion forums to deepen engagement with key theories and interventions.
